Refund & Cancellation Policy

At a glance

• All sessions are paid in advance to secure your booking.
• You can reschedule with at least 3 days' notice. A paid session can be moved to another date.
• I do not give refunds for cancelled or missed sessions.
• If I cancel, you choose a new time at no cost or a refund for that session.
• If I end a program early, I refund the sessions you have not used.

Payment

You pay the full price of a session or program when you book. Prices are in US dollars, and the price shown when you book is the full price. Couples and families pay the same prices.

Rescheduling

To move a session, use the link in your Acuity Scheduling confirmation email, or email me at phdramahijjawi@gmail.com, at least 3 days (72 hours) before the session starts. You can move a paid session to any available date that suits you.

Cancellations and missed sessions

Cancelled sessions are not refunded; with at least 3 days' notice, you can move the session instead. A session cancelled with less than 3 days' notice, or missed, counts as used: it is not refunded and cannot be moved.

Late arrival

If you arrive or join late, we will use the time that remains, and the session will end at its scheduled time. The full fee applies.

If I need to cancel

If I have to cancel or move a session, I will tell you as early as I can, and you can choose a new time at no cost or a full refund for that session. If a problem on my side, such as a lost connection I cannot restore, cuts a session short, I will make up the lost time at no cost.

Programs

The three-session and seven-session programs are paid in full in advance. Each session in a program follows the same rules: it can be moved with at least 3 days' notice, and cancelled or missed sessions are not refunded. If I end a program early — for example, because I refer you to another professional — I refund the sessions you have not used.

Free introductory session

The 20-minute introductory session is free. If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule so the time can go to someone else.
