Working with me
What kind of support do you offer?
I offer consultation sessions for individuals, couples and families, focused on emotional wellbeing, relationships and family life. I draw on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches, together with family-systems perspectives, guided by my RAMA METHOD™. My consultations do not replace medical, psychiatric or emergency care.
What can I bring to a session?
Anxiety and overthinking, self-confidence and boundaries, marriage and family challenges, parenting, recovery after difficult experiences, the impact of past experiences, identity and life transitions such as immigration, and patterns that keep repeating.
Do you work with couples and families?
Yes. Individuals, couples and families book the same sessions, at the same prices.
Online or in person?
Both. Sessions run on Zoom wherever you are, or in person in Irvine, California. The price is the same.
What happens in the free introductory session?
It is a short, no-commitment 20-minute conversation. We talk about what brings you here and how working together would look, so you can decide whether it feels right.
How long is a session, and how many will I need?
Each session is 60 minutes. Some people come for a single focused session; others choose the three-session or seven-session program for deeper work. We can decide together after the free introductory session.
What is the RAMA METHOD™?
It is the four-step path that guides my work: Recognize the patterns affecting your life, Analyze their roots and impact, Modify unhelpful thoughts and responses, and Anchor healthier habits, boundaries and emotional tools.
Is this an emergency service?
No. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact your local emergency services right away. In the US, call 911, or call or text 988.
