Privacy Policy

What I collect

When you book. I receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the session you choose, your time zone and your answers to the booking questions. Payment is handled by the payment processor connected to my booking system; I never see or store your full card number.

When we work together. What you share in our sessions, and any notes I keep about our work, is session information. I do not record sessions without your consent.

How I use it

Only to arrange and run your sessions, to reply to you, and to keep the records I need for my accounting. I do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and I never use session information for marketing.

Who sees it

Me. The tools I use to run my practice, such as my website and booking system, the payment processor, Zoom for online sessions and email, handle your information under their own policies. I do not share it with anyone else without your permission.

Confidentiality of our sessions

I keep what you share in our sessions confidential and do not share it without your written permission, except when the law requires or allows me to, for example:

• if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm;
• if I learn of suspected abuse or neglect of a child, an elder or a dependent adult;
• if a court orders me to release information.

If this happens, I share only what is necessary and, where appropriate, talk with you about it first.

How long I keep it

Booking and payment records for as long as I need them for my accounting. Session notes, if I keep them, are stored securely and kept only for as long as my work requires.
